Senior Pastor Donald H. Hawkins was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He pastored in Sioux City, Iowa for 19 years and in Eden Prairie, Minnesota for 4 years. In addition, Pastor Hawkins served as Director of Church Relations at Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, PA for 5 years, building and strengthening relationships with 2000 Assemblies of God Churches in the northeast and mid-Atlantic region.

Pastor Luke Brugger was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was involved in youth ministry at Praise Assembly of God in Newark, Delaware and served as a youth rehabilitation counselor for the state of Delaware.

John Eklund joined the church staff in June, 2005. He is responsible for the Young Adult Ministries, Outreach Benevolence and Recovery Groups. John is a graduate of Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri where he was an All American football player.

Pastor Jimmy is a native of Newport News, VA. He joined the FCF staff in January, 2010. Prior to his position at Faith Christian Fellowship, he created a children's program from scratch for a church plant in Virginia.
